Super nice office! Newly built and very spacious I wanna come. The building is so nice looking. It has a colonial plantation style feel. I always love visiting Ballard family dental Benbrook. The office staff and doctor are super nice and friendly. Tarah is the absolute best Assistant & Xiomydelis is an exceptional office manager. If you or your kiddos need an orthodontist. Bortnem Orthodontics next-door is fantastic as well. Have digital x-rays and digital teeth scanning capabilities.

My 86 year old Mom, who suffers from dementia, needed to have her dentures adjusted. Everyone there was so nice and patient with her. It took almost 2 hours, but we got there. Many thanks to Dr Sutton, Will and Tara – awesome! Jennifer and the front office were also very helpful.

My 1st visit was pleasant and professional , hats off to the entire staff ! Dr. Zach actually listened to me and tailored a plan to fit my specific needs, didn’t try to sell me any procedures that I was not interested in. They really do make you feel like family and create an awesome atmosphere. 5 stars ! Strongly recommend. 

From walking in the door to walking out the door I was treated with kindness and respect. I have not been the best at my oral care and was not made to feel ashamed. A very understanding hygienist and the Dentist were just as good . Listened to my questions and concerns and made me feel comfortable.

This place is quality. I had a misunderstanding about their annual dental plan and was a little frustrated. They not only listened patiently, but took time to explain thoroughly what the misunderstanding was. They also were sure to honor as much as they could for what I thought I had. They are honest and good people. They work with families who are on a budget and don’t make you feel bad for not paying extra for services. I have ALWAYS loved the Dentist- he is AMAZING. Honest, helpful, gives you time, etc etc etc

I’ve been extremely pleased with my dental care provided by Dr. Dave Ballard. He is highly skilled and in addition an extremely kind and patient person. My most recent visit with the hygienist was excellent. Maria Rios was very professional and personable as well. During my visit she gave me lots of information that is really helpful. She took the time to take measures for my comfort. I’ve had many hygienists that I’ve liked and Maria is a stand out in every expectation. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Dave Ballard is an exceptional dentist. He has always talked with me about my options and takes the time to see how not only your teeth are doing but also how my family is doing. I have been going to his practice for over 18 years.

I went to Dr. Ballard to redo my veneers that were previously done by another dental practice. They were just never right. I hated my smile in pictures. Dr. Ballard was able to offer options/solutions to correct the problems. Today I have a beautiful smile and I’m so excited and happy with the results. It was painless, Dr. Ballard does not want his patients to be uncomfortable during any procedure. The hygienist and staff are fabulous! The lab Ballard uses is so meticulous, and worked hard to assure that I would love the results.
